Qualifications & Experience:
• Possession of a Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
• Citizenship of South Africa
• Age between 18 and 35
• Full-time commitment for 12 months
• Genuine interest in the Transport and Logistics industry

Key Responsibilities:
• Dedicate yourself to a rigorous 12-month Learnership program comprising theoretical and practical modules across three divisions.
• Engage with all modules on the BIL eLearning Platform and compile a comprehensive portfolio of evidence upon qualification completion.

Skills & Competencies:
• Self-reliance and determination
• Accountability and responsibility in managing stipends and studies
• Professionalism within BIL’s corporate ethos, encompassing appearance, behavior, and communication
• Basic proficiency in computer literacy
